With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and over 16 years in customer service leadership, Chris approaches every transaction with emotional intelligence, data-driven strategy, and unmatched professionalism. Since entering real estate full-time in 2016, he has successfully guided hundreds of buyers and sellers through smooth, profitable transactions — closing over $50 million in total volume.

Chris is especially passionate about helping first-time home buyers achieve the dream of homeownership. Through innovative programs and local partnerships, he has secured more than $1 million in down payment assistance for his clients — often helping renters make a seamless transition into ownership with little or no money down.
